More and more of our clients use white-listing at kiosk or retail sales floor environments as a method of preventing access to the wide open Internet, and thereby reducing the risk of malicious infections.
If you wish to use GoToMeeting, however, there are three separate root domains that need to be white-listed in order for GoToMeeting to function. I searched on Citrix Online website for such documentation, was unable to find it, so posting it here for the benefit of our clients.
The root domains that need to be whitelisted if you implement whitelist filtering on SSL connections are:
- gotomeeting.com
- joingotomeeting.com
- citrixonline.com
If you use other Citrix Online products, you may want to white-list these also:
- joinwebinar.com
- jointraining.com
