Google has released a FREE iPhone and Android app called Google Translator that allows you to communicate on-the-go with people who don’t speak your language. It even provides the option of a lifelike automated voice (some languages)! Very cool!
You can input text into the app, or speak into your phone, and it will translate what you have said.
It’s been getting quite a bit of press since it was released, too, including on Discovery Channel, and tech news websites!
