Since Windows 7 Service Pack 1 was released last week, there have been limited reports of troubles, but like all updates, not every computer is going to behave after it installs. Service Packs are no different.
One particular error occurs upon reboot after installing SP1. The stop error “c0000034” prevents Windows from loading. Windows still exists, and your files are perfectly fine, but the operating system won’t boot.
There is a fix available, but the steps aren’t exactly simple. We strongly recommend that you contact a Nerd to do it for you.
