With the Help of Our Dedicated Team, We have WOWed Another Client!

This story is in regards to a client of ours in Pretoria, South Africa.

With the help of several Nerds including David Redekop, Francois Rossouw, Jonathan Arnoldussen, Dennis Houseknecht, Glen Schafer, Werdus Pretorious, and Lourens Dormehl, who spent several hours of hard work and head scratching was done right into the very early morning. Solutions were tried, and workarounds found. That morning, when the client arrived at work, he could not help but smile when he saw us waiting for him at his office.

The 10am meeting was held just after 7am, and the client made the decision to stay with Nerds On Site, even though he already had a far cheaper quote in hand from another IT company. The reason he gave for this decision? “We’re going with Nerds On Site – they have a better team!” So lessons were learned, and fingers burnt, but with the help of our dedicated team, we have WOWed another client!

Financial Support for Business IT upgrades

Many governments around the world offer support programs to businesses, especially ones in manufacturing and export, since those industries can have a larger economic impact.

For example, in Ontario, Canada, in combination with the Federal Government, the SMART program is offered, see:
http://www.cme-smart.ca/

Your regional or federal government may offer similar programs. If your organization is in need of Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Software Development, please ask your nerd for support in your application process for government funding.

We’re here to help!

Letter From TWCE in South Africa

Screen shot 2009-09-10 at 4.25.13 PMWhile starting my own business, I was struggling for weeks setting up our new IT system. Eventually, on Christmas Eve 2003, I gave in and Googled those guys who drive around in red VWs. Much to my relief (and surprise), I received a response the same day and my problem was sorted out in minutes!
Since then, the business has grown, as has our ICT needs.
It has been gratifying to have Nerds On Site with us every step of the way. Werdus (Our Nerd), has introduced many improvements over this time and provided unparalleled support – even when he’s been away on leave, we’ve always had competent Nerds to fill the gap.
Possibly the greatest benefit to joining the Nerds On Site family has been the assurance I have (day and night) that our ICT systems are ticking away perfectly, thereby allowing us to maximize the leverage we have enjoyed with competitive systems compared to that of our competition.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Nerds On Site to anyone who has an ICT need – from their home PC through to virtualized servers, VOIP solutions and the like … ask us, we’ve experienced it all – they Know Stuff!
